2014 Gluten-free week at Camp Kanata



During the week of July 27-August 2, 2014, Camp Kanata will provide a gluten-free menu to kids with Celiac Disease who are on a gluten-free diet. The “gluten-free” campers will participate in the full program with the rest of the campers, but will be provided with delicious food that is all gluten-free. Since 2005, Camp Kanata has offered this opportunity, in partnership with the Gluten Intolerance Group (GIG), and its local affiliate, and under the direction of a registered dietitian.


It has been a great success, and we have had many repeat campers from all over the Southeast. Please note on your application that your child is on a gluten-free diet, so we are sure to process it appropriately. Click Overnight Camp Application 2014 for the resident camp application.
