… and the newly renovated lakeside amphitheater. This is the hub of Camp Kanata, where we all come together for our opening and closing campfires, chapel time, skits, songs, chants and making memories.

150 acres of an Olympic-esque variety of activities: riflery, archery, sports of all sorts, dancing, drama, crafts, the challenging Alpine Tower and much, much, much more. Campers are provided an excellent opportunity to try new things, set goals, reach them and improve their abilities.

Take a Tour

Tour de Camp Kanata

When parents arrive at Kanata for the first time, we often hear: ”This reminds me of when I went to camp.” And with roots here that go back more than 50 years, that comes as no surprise.

You’ll find everything it takes to make for a fun-filled overnight camping experience. Cabin life is at the heart of the camp experience. The close-knit cabin environment provides an opportunity to establish camaraderie and a sense of community. Most of our cabins house two counselors and 10 campers, grouped together by age and gender.

It really does feel like the ideal version of “camp.”
