At Camp Kanata, lacrosse is offered as a coed sport. Lacrosse is a fun team sport that focuses on the basic principles of throw and catch, simple athletic movement and field position. We play without a goalie, so all campers have the opportunity to shoot on goal and this is also the safest way to play.
Both male and female sticks are provided at Camp, but we recommend campers bring their own sticks if they play lacrosse at home.
